What do we require from you?

At Planning4You, we aim to take the stress away from planning applications, with the basic information below we can produce all the documents and drawings you need to be on your way to planning approval.

Information we need:

PHOTOGRAPHS:

Clear photographs of each elevation, including all windows, doors, roofs and property details.

PROPOSAL DETAILS:

Detailed description of planning proposal e.g. the dimensions, colours, materials, product specifications etc.

DIMENSIONS:

Accurate dimensions of all property lengths, heights including window dimensions and proposed dimensions.

WHAT IF I DONT HAVE THIS INFORMATION?

If you do not meet the criteria, we can collect this for you, via our in-house take-off survey service, starting from £100.
