Planning Permission is required for the following project types:

Conservation Area -

Any property in a conservation area with any adjustment to the exterior, even render to render (like for like) or window changes etc. requires planning permission.

Material change -

Any property with an external material change including brick to render finish/ External Wall Insulation etc. requires planning permission.

Extensions -

Any extension to the front/ side elevation, or an extension exceeding 4m on the rear elevation requires planning permission.

Renewables -

Installation of renewables e.g. solar panels or EV chargers (if visible from a public road or footpath)

Other Modifications -

Landscape changes, outbuildings, property usage changes, driveway changes and more.....
